Midginbil EcoResort is a 400 acre farm nestled in the most beautiful green valley surrounded by mountains on all sides. It is a spectacular location just 1hr from the Gold Coast Airport.

We have a plenty of options for accommodation onsite to suit all our guests!

Instructions for booking accommodation:

1. Contact Emily with your room preferences and who will be staying in that room and number of nights.

2. Emily & Bryan will confirm room availability and final prices directly with you.

3. Transfer funds to Bryan & Emily directly no later than 11/10/2022

(All prices and details will be provided once room is confirmed) Once funds have been received your accommodation is booked in and paid for for the weekend!

All prices listed below and include your meals for either 1 or 2 night stay

Please do not contact Midginbil directly to RSVP or book accommodation. This is to be done via us.

If you call Midginbil Hill to book they will just refer you back to us and we will owe them a beer!

Please keep in mind while we will try to give everyone what they desire, there are only a limited number of individual rooms at The Lodge.

Parents with babies and mature guests will be allocated their accommodation as first preference.

These rooms are best for those with children and family members

Each room has linen provided and an ensuite

The Lodge is located next to the main house and is easily accessible from the main carpark

It is further away from the reception so you can retire early in peace if you wish

(2 x 4 beds / 8 x 10 beds)

You will NOT be in a room with people you don't know!

Each room has an ensuite and linen is BYO or you can hire from the venue for $40​

The Bunkhouse is situated closed to the bonfire & reception and in a rainforest setting not too far from the campgrounds.

This is a great option if you want to stay with a group of people or family you know and are on a budget.

If this is your option, please contact Bryan & Emily with your group preference so we can put you into a room together or arrange solo rooms where we can.

If you don't know what other party animals are coming - just ask! We can link you with your beer buddies in no time!

The Bell Tents are scattered along the creek, all with queen beds & use of the shared campground/barn amenities/toilets and showers.

They are unpowered however have solar lights, solar USB charging and Mini Fans

These are perfect for any couples attending and are super cute!

There is ample camping space which can fit up to 200 guests if need be so there is a lot of room!

There are numerous firepits for use but we will have a big bonfire on both the Saturday night for everyone to gather around!

There are camping amenities with showers and toilets close by.

Vans, campervans and tents are all welcome...just drive in and set up!

Friday night dinner: This includes a thick Angus rump steak, honey soy marinated chicken, beef sausages, coleslaw, fresh green salad, dinner rolls and condiments to suit. The venue caters for all dietaries (Including Vegetarians & Allergies just let us know)

Saturday & Sunday Breakfasts on the deck: Hotel style breakfast buffet with cereals, toasts and jams, fresh fruit platters, smokey bacon and free range eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, fruit juice, fresh coffee and tea.

Saturday Lunch: Fresh bread rolls and wraps with roast chicken, a variety of cold meats, cheese, and various salad fillings and condiments as a light meal to see you through until dinner.

BYO Alcoholic Drinks for Friday night and Snacks for in-between meals at your leisure.
