We have a room block listed on our Travel page at the Hilton Garden Inn (Newport News), which you are welcome to book under our wedding code! We also recommend staying in the Yorktown or Newport News area if you want to stay close to the church and venue.

Richmond International Airport (RIC) or Norfolk International Airport (ORF). Richmond is about an hour drive, but fairly consistent. Norfolk is about 45 minutes to 1.5 hour drive depending on VA beach traffic across the Hampton Roads Tunnel/Bridge.

If you do not have a Common Access Card (CAC), and you are over the age of 16, you will need to be registered with our wedding to enter Langley Air Force Base, so the necessary background checks can be conducted. This includes military spouses! Before June 13th, send an email to frostbryan2025@gmail.com with a picture of your driver's license, passport, or other form of government ID (Don't worry, we'll send a reminder if you forget!) After background checks are complete, they will be sending out an Entry Authorization Letter (EAL) with entry numbers for each person in the party. We will make sure everyone has their EAL # prior to June 28th! On June 28th, when you arrive to the gate, you will present your ID, and tell the guard your name and EAL number. Make sure you have the directions to Riverview Event Center, and you're good to go!
