Bryan and I found each other on Catholic Match (dating app) in May 2024. At first I was just on there to see what it was all about and see if there was anyone in my area. After months of searching I expanded my area search and immediately found Bryan who was only on the app for a week!! We instantly hit it off and began talking everyday. After a week I gave him my number and deleted my app, I knew he was the one I wanted.

Our first date was May 19th when he drove over 2 1/2 hours to meet me and my parents. Our date started with lunch and the art museum, but after the museum we were not ready to say goodbye. So, we went to Bass Pro and the boardwalk and talked for hours. Still not ready to go home he asked if we could catch a movie and we did, Fall Guy, an action rom-com! It was a great way to end our date.

The next few months flew by with driving back and forth and spending time with his family and mine. Come November, Bryan invited me to fly to LA for Thanksgiving with family and he showed me everywhere he grew up and went to school and church. On November 23rd, Bryan wanted to take me to the mountains. I had no idea what was going on and was just enjoying the ride. Little did I know that in October, Bryan meet with my parents and asked their permission to marry me. Here we are on the mountains and he starts handing me his phone and wallet and then he pulls out a box. I didn't even let him get to the ground before I screamed YES!

Now fast forward, we are planning our wedding and getting more excited everyday for the rest of our lives together.
