Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our venue and catering exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP by as soon as possible! RSVP no later than October 11th, 2025.

Due to the limited guest count and the desire to create and intimate celebration between close friends and family, we are only accommodating those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will then move inside the barn

We have reserved hotel rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Parkersburg (920 Emerson Avenue Parkersburg, WV 26104). You can reserve from 11.14-11.16 or only do 11.15-11.16. The link can be found in the "travel" section!

Beer will be provided in limited quantity, but you are also welcome to bring your own. There will be sweet tea, lemonade and water provided as well as a His and Her drink. Moonshine is not permitted at the venue per the owners.

We are asking for an unplugged service so you are able to enjoy the day in the moment with us! I promise our photographer will capture all the amazing moments.
