Chris and Bryanna’s story began in the enchanting realm of Trotta’s Hobbies, a haven for board, card, and miniature games where Bryanna and Chris crossed paths. Their initial connection bloomed over a card game called Netrunner, sparking a bond that would shape their life journey.

April 25th, 2015 marked their first date - a day filled with mall strolls, Applebee's delights, and a breath-taking custom flower bouquet featuring Bryanna’s favorite flowers - blue lilies and purple delilahs. Under the stars at Osborn Island beach, they left the flowers but carried with them the promise of an inseparable connection.

Their adventures knew no bounds; whether it was games at the hobby shop, traveling for tournaments, chilling at Chris's apartment, or exploring new horizons, Chris and Bree were a dynamic duo. Chris's encouragement led Bree to a hospital job launching her career, and Bree’s encouragement inspired Chris to pursue a college degree, securing him a job he loves passionately. Their story is a tapestry woven with shared passions, mutual growth, and the promise of a lifelong adventure together.

Their story is also sprinkled with unforgettable moments like when Deadpool hit theaters on Valentine's Day, 2016. Both of them wanting to spend their first Valentine's Day together alone, slyly fabricated excuses to avoid a showing with the hobby shop crew. Chris was supposed to be working and Bree was supposed to catch a different screening with some of her other friends. Their covert plan took an unexpected turn when, as luck would have it, about fifteen friends from the hobby shop strolled in during Chris’s bathroom break. The secret was out, and their love story became the talk of the town, accompanied by endless teasing and an abundance of support.

In August 2018, they took a leap and moved in together to Philadelphia. However, their first attempt didn't last long thanks to an unexpected circus of cockroaches in their bathroom. Alone in the apartment, Bree discovered the unwelcome guests, prompting Chris to leave work early and drive two hours in the middle of the night to comfort her and handle the problem.

Undeterred by roach encounters, they found a new home with friends in October 2018. Since then, they have been on this adventure called life, facing challenges and cherishing every moment together.

In February 2021, they embarked on a new chapter by purchasing their first house. Despite the initial challenges – appliances breaking, a leaky window and roof, and the unwelcome discovery of hidden mold – they managed to transform what seemed like a disaster into a cherished home. Amidst the hurdles, the house now stands as a testament to their resilience, filled with the warmth of board games and love.

A few months into homeownership, Chris and Bree expanded their family by adopting Freyja, their first feline addition. She quickly became the apple of their eyes, bringing joy and laughter to their lives. Not long after in July 2022, Odin joined the ranks: the orange doofus with a heart-stealing one eye. Their home, once a canvas of challenges, now resonates with the purrs of their furry companions and the echoes of their love story.

March 2022 was a time when Chris and Bree's relationship soared to new heights as they had embarked on their first family vacation together. They were joined by Bree's dad, grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousin. It marked a monumental occasion as Chris, a newcomer to air travel and vacations themselves, found himself on a plane, a cruise ship, and on an exploration of multiple countries. They shared numerous "firsts" together on that trip, and every day the journey continues to unfold with the promise of having many more. Leading up to the trip, Chris has eagerly expressed his desire to cave dive in Mexico. It was a dream that definitely collided with Bree's inability to swim. In secret, she took swimming lessons for months and orchestrated a surprise by booking the diving excursion. The excitement on Chris's face as the couple delved into the underwater wonders was priceless. It made their first family vacation an unforgettable adventure of shared dreams and accomplishments.

July 15th, 2023, became a milestone etched in their story as Chris orchestrated a magical proposal at Longwood Gardens, surrounded by the enchantment of a fountain garden. Their photographer immortalized the moment as Chris, turning around, took Bree’s hands and began with the words, “So, we've been together a while...” Honestly, the rest of his words became a blur to Bree because all she could think was... "This boy is going to get on the floor, so I need to sit on the floor, or I'm going to fall on the floor". Surprisingly, she never did fall, but in that moment, she fell completely for him all over again, embracing the beginning of a new chapter in their journey.

Currently, Chris and Bryanna's lives are brimming with joy, laughter, and shared hobbies that reflect the bond that they have cultivated. Together, they immerse themselves into the gaming realms of Mario Kart, Elden Ring, Gloomhaven, and Warhammer, surrounded by a fantastic circle of friends who share these passions. A unique tradition of theirs involves exploring new ramen restaurants, savoring each bowl, and playfully ranking them. Amidst their shared interests, their family and friends stand as pillars of support who contribute to the happiness that defines their relationship.
