We met through club wrestling around 2012 and only exchanged hellos and how are yous until 2017 when Bryanne approached Gideon at an out-of-state tournament to get to know him better. We reconnected in 2019 before Gideon went off to Basic Training for the Army and have been inseparable ever since!

Gideon planned a whole day without Bryanne even knowing or thinking he would propose, while they were home for Christmas no less. So he took her to his family friend's property where we snowshoed out to the middle of a frozen lake. He planned to fake fix her snowshoe to get in position to ask, but she actually needed it fixed, so it worked out perfectly! He even left the box for the ring at home thinking she would see it when we were getting geared up to go out.
