What time will shuttle services begin?
The shuttle will begin pick up services at 4:00pm. We ask that guests are ready to go by this time. Second shuttle should be around 4:20pm.
Will there be transportation to the Venue?
A shuttle bus will be provided from the Charlotte Marriott City Center to/from the venue. The Courtyard Charlotte City Center is a (0.2mi/6min) walk to the Marriott where the shuttle services will begin at 4:15pm. Both Uptown hotels are about 2 miles from the venue.
The shuttle will also be taking guests to the after party at Ri Ra!
Dress Code?
Please wear formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit & tie and women wear a floor length or midi dress. The bridal party will be in black.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm so you have plenty of time to find a seat.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at The Casey should you choose to drive.
Are kids invited?
We are keeping our special day as an adult-only (21+) occasion. We hope you can still celebrate with us!
Will there be an after party?
Yes! Our after party will be held at Ri Ra Irish Pub from 11:00pm-2:00am. Ri Ra is within walking distance to the Uptown hotels and there will be transportation from the venue to the after party.
Wanting to book an Airbnb or VRBO?
The best area to stay in will be South End! You will be able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and bars. It will be a short 10 minute uber to the venue.
