8:00 PM – Sunset Drinks at Hellroaring Saloon

All guests welcome! A casual bar within walking distance of most Airbnbs.

Friday, August 8

2:00 PM – Tiki Bar Hang at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake

Join us after our rehearsal for drinks, food, and water rentals (kayaks, paddle boards).

The Tiki Bar is open to the public — feel free to head there anytime!

Dinner – No formal plans tonight

Saturday, August 9

⭐️ Wedding Ceremony at 6:00 PM

Please arrive at Chair 1 between 5:00–5:30 PM for your scenic lift ride to the summit.

🎿 Do not board Chair 1 before 5:00 PM.

If parking at Base Lodge: allow ~30 minutes for Chair 6 + Chair 1

If parking near Chair 1: allow ~15–20 minutes

Wedding Day Transportation & Directions

📍 Ceremony Location: Summit of Whitefish Mountain

To reach the mountaintop ceremony, guests must ride Chair 1.

Please arrive at Chair 1 (Lift Plaza) between 5:00–5:30 PM to allow time for the scenic lift ride to the summit.

⏰ The ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 PM — don’t be late, the lift won’t wait!

🚠 If you park at the Base Lodge, allow an extra 10 minutes to ride Chair 6 up to the Lift Plaza before boarding Chair 1.

Getting to Chair 1

Option 1: From the Base Area

📍 The Base Lodge – 1015 Glades Dr, Whitefish, MT 59937 (This is where the reception takes place)

Park near the Base Lodge

Walk to Chair 6 (open-air lift only)

Ride ~10 minutes up to the Lift Plaza, then board Chair 1 to reach the summit

⚠️ Chair 6 is open-air only. If you're uncomfortable with that, use the Village route below.



Option 2: From the Village Area

📍 Birch Lot – 3898 Big Mountain Rd, Whitefish, MT 59937

(Near Morning Eagle Lodge, Kintla Lodge, Edelweiss Condos)

Park in the Birch Lot or walk from nearby lodging

Walk directly to Chair 1 (no Chair 6 needed)

Chair 1 has both enclosed gondolas and open chairs

🎉 Reception

📍 The Base Lodge – 1015 Glades Dr, Whitefish, MT 59937

After the ceremony, all guests will ride Chair 1 back down to the Lift Plaza. From there:

Ride Chair 6 or take the Alpine Slide to the Base Lodge

If you can’t ride Chair 6 and don’t have a car parked at the Birch lot or nearby lodging, a shuttle will pick you up at the bottom of Chair 1 and bring you to the reception

🚌 Getting Home

A shuttle will begin at 8:30 PM for guests staying on the mountain (resort lodging or Airbnb)

The shuttle will also return guests to the Lift Plaza if your car is parked there

Downtown guests: Uber is available
