We suggest you arrive between 1:30pm - 1:45pm to get seated with enough time before the start of the ceremony.

Though there is no free parking at the venue, there are many pay parking lots located nearby, including across the street and next to the venue. There are bus stops located on the street attached to the venue. Additionally, the Yaletown Roundhouse Skytrain station (serving the Canada line) is located a block away.

It will take approximately 2 hours for the reception space to be set up. We ask that you please leave promptly after the ceremony to allow for the staff to begin setting up the room. Because of the great location (Downtown Vancouver!) there is lots to do nearby. Located in the Yaletown area, there are many coffee shops, restaurants (though a full dinner will be provided in the evening) and stores nearby. The Yaletown seawall is steps away from the venue - perfect for a nice walk. Granville island is a quick boat ride away; the False Creek ferry company does sailings multiple times an hour - a great way to spend a bit of time !!
