There is limited parking at Bear Mill; however, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue. If you are purchasing a hotel room please use the transportation provided. If you are driving to the venue please car pool if possible.

We have blocked off rooms at the Tru Hotel which is not only conveniently located directly off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 222, but also close to the venue. We encourage our out-of-town friends and family to take advantage of this opportunity as there will be transportation provided to and from the venue. We also would love to have breakfast at the hotel before we go our separate ways.

Although this is not a formal affair, we encourage our guests to be dressy-casual. What does that mean? It's a style between casual and formal. What does that look like? For women, it might include dresses or a jumpsuit. For men, it might include dress pants with a button-down. (If all else fails, look it up)

The food will be served in a sit-down style from The Festive Board in York, PA. During cocktail hour there will be hors d'oeuvres and hot hors d'oeuvres. This consists of European cheese, Fruit and Vegetables, with assorted dips, crackers, sliced French Bread, Spinach & Feta Puffs, Soft Pretzel Bites with Cheese, and Spinach and Leek Dip with Scoops. A Strawberry-Blueberry salad will also be provided with Toasted Pecans and a Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette. The main meal consists of Chicken Cordon Bleu, Raspberry Chili Pork Tenderloin, Squash-Pepper Medley, Brocolli, Mac and Cheese, and Cheddar Bacon Mashed Potatoes. All of the entrees will be on one plate, if that is an issue please note when submitting the RSVP. Rolls with Butter will also be provided. Non-alcoholic drinks include iced tea, lemonade, water, coffee, and assorted sodas. Alcoholic drinks will be located at the bar with a selection to choose from. Again, if there is an issue with any of the food, please note on RSVP.
