The stars had to align for Johnny and Brynna to meet and one thing happened for sure - their stars aligned. The first step was both of them choosing to attend Baylor University. Johnny applied to and toured a variety of colleges across the United States. Brynna's decision was a little easier since she only applied to two colleges. In the end, both Johnny and Brynna chose to attend Baylor University for their undergraduate degrees. They never met once during their freshman year, ignorant to the fact that their soulmate existed so closely. However, this changed the week before their sophomore year at Baylor. Johnny along with his roommates Matt, Marco, and Oliver moved into apartment 5305 at Domain at Waco. At the same time, Brynna moved into apartment 5306 with her roommates Victoria, Elizabeth, and Grace. Brynna and her roommates decided to have a pool day after they were moved in. Johnny and his roommates had a perfect view of the pool where they waved down to the girls and then proceeded to join them for the rest of the evening. Johnny and Brynna met for the first time that night. The next 3 years consisted of the sweetest friendship between all of the roommates but especially between Johnny and Brynna. As graduation approached during their final year at Baylor, both Johnny and Brynna realized their feelings were much deeper than just friends. Soon after graduation, July 2nd, 2021 to be exact, Johnny asked Brynna to be his girlfriend and they never looked back. Since July 2nd, 2021, Johnny and Brynna have been in a long-distance relationship which has consisted of many FaceTime dates, plane rides, and most of all, an unwavering love for one another. They prioritized each other as Brynna completed her Master's program at Baylor University while Johnny started his career at Dell based out of California. During this period, they split time between Waco, TX, and the Bay Area (thank you Southwest). After completing her master's program in December 2022, Brynna relocated to Houston where their long-distance relationship continued. The last move occurred when Johnny relocated to Columbus, Ohio in June 2023. Shortly after, Johnny planned the perfect surprise proposal for Brynna on July 28, 2023. In the past two and a half years, Johnny and Brynna have traveled to Hawaii, Nashville, Palm Springs, and Mexico. They are over the moon knowing their long-distance relationship is coming to an end soon and plan to continue life together in Columbus, Ohio.

There are two major airports near Galveston, TX including William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). For convenience purposes, we recommend flying in and out of HOU as it is only 45 minutes from Galveston via I-45 Southbound. Happy flying!
