Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the beautiful Flying Diamond Ranch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor events.
How do we get there?
We have arranged for shuttles to pick up all of our guests at the Steamboat Grand Hotel promptly at 3:30 PM. There is not on site parking for guests at Flying Diamond, so the shuttles will be the only way to get there! Shuttles will arrive back at the venue starting at 9:00 PM to begin taking guests back to the pick up point, and will continue all night until the party is over! If you have circumstances that require another mode of transportation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to ensure you are accommodated.
What time should we arrive?
Please ensure you are ready to go at the pick up location at the Steamboat Grand BEFORE 3:30 PM. We would hate for anyone to miss out on the party because they missed the shuttle!
What should I wear?
We are asking our guests to show up in formal attire. We invite you to wear suits, elegant mid to full length dresses, or jumpsuits. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Please keep in mind that we will be outdoors for several hours. We anticipate a beautiful July evening!
