Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

The ceremony will be lakeside, near the yacht club beach. (staff will be on-site to direct you from the clubhouse to the ceremony site) and the reception will be in the clubhouse and adjacent patio terrace.

What's the rain plan?

If we have to use our rain plan, the ceremony and reception will both take place at the clubhouse and adjacent patio terrace.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that guests arrive between 5:30 and 5:45. Upon arrival, please stop by the clubhouse for a pre-ceremony cocktail before making your way down to the ceremony site.

Where should I park?

Feel free to park in the parking lot by the clubhouse or along the road extending east of the clubhouse. Please avoid parking on the west side of the clubhouse as this is reserved for members and boat parking.

What should I wear?

September in East Tennessee can be a bit of a toss-up: it might be a hot, summery day or a temperate fall day. Feel free to wear your favorite summer cocktail attire!
