When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than April 23rd, 2026. At this time the RSVP deadline has already passed. If you did not RSVP you will be marked as "Declined"

What if I do not RSVP by the deadline?

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us.

What time does the reception start and end?

The celebration will start at 6pm and conclude promptly at 11:15pm to be in line with our venue's guidelines. We appreciate your understanding as we wrap up the evening right on time. Meet at the bars downtown or casino.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP.

Do we have hotel blocks?

We do not have hotel blocks. However, our venue is surrounded by plenty of hotels to choose from. Many are linked in our Travel tab with links to their websites.

What airport do we fly into?

If you decide to fly for our reception, you will fly into Eppley Airfield (Omaha, NE). From there you will have to plan your own transportation to where you are staying.

Can I take pictures?

Absolutely, we would love for you to take photos all night long. There will be a QR code that you can scan to the POV app. to take pictures. We would love for you to take pictures here as well so we can see them all at the end of the night. We will also have a google photos folder that you can share any other photos you take throughout the night. Feel free to share any photos on social media, tag us in them! :)

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will be offering an open bar for the first three hours of the reception. For the final two hours, the bar will transition to a cash bar.

We kindly ask for everyone to enjoy responsibly and to plan for safe transportation back to where you are staying.

What will be for dinner?

For dinner we have chosen a taco bar. This will be buffet style with your choice of chicken or beef as well as toppings. Desserts to follow.

Is this a kid-friendly event?

While we love your little ones, our reception will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives parents the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us.

What is the dress code?

The attire for our reception is semi-formal. We recommend cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dress shirt and pants. Please do not wear blue, but bring your dancing shoes.

Is parking available?

Yes! On-site and across from the venue parking is available for up to 150 vehicles. There should be plenty of space for everyone driving to park.
