C.J. and Jaime first crossed paths when they were young at Brentwood Christian School in Austin, TX. They started dating when they were 16 and quickly became high school sweethearts. After graduating high school, they both went to college at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, where she studied to become a surgical nurse, and he earned his Master's in Addictions Counseling.

What drew them to each other was a perfect balance: He makes her feel safe, always patient and ready to make her laugh, while she brings fiery energy, humor, and endless fun into his life. Both working in healthcare, they deeply understand the challenges of their careers and find comfort in leaning on each other, supporting each other through the highs and lows.

After graduation, they moved back to Austin, TX, where they began their next chapter together, sharing a life with her two adorable cats, and creating a home filled with love and laughter. When they're not working, their favorite things to do is boating on Lake Travis, relaxing at home, or traveling. Their dream of traveling the world together and visiting Hawaii made it the perfect place for their wedding and honeymoon, a symbol of their love for adventure and each other.
