We plan on having the wedding ceremony on the other side of the pond so there will be brief walk through the grass to get back to the ceremony. We will have golf carts transporting those who need assistance. You will want to arrive a little early to walk back to the ceremony.

Due to our large families we are limited to specified guests only. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

We are very limited on space so we were not able to invite all children. If your child is invited they will be listed when you RSVP on our website. In addition, if your child is under 2 they will not have an individual seat, but will be seated on your lap.

We have 3 food trucks for our wedding. There will be Big Dog's specialty pizza and salad, Chuck Wagon burgers and fries and Mamma Bear mac and cheese. There will also be appetizers during the cocktail hour.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. It is approximately a 5 minute walk around the pond to the ceremony. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for parking and finding your seat.

The venue has plenty of parking but if you are staying in the area Uber and Lyft both service Oxford Ohio and the surrounding area.
