Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Poplar Hall. The ceremony will be held outdoors by the river if weather permits, and the reception will be held indoors.

All guests with an allowed plus one will get an invite that says “John Doe and Guest.” Due to limited space at our venue, only guests with an invitation will be allowed.

Yes, children will be able to attend the wedding as long as they are included on the invitation.

There are room blocks reserved at Courtyard Appleton Riverfront and Fairfield Inn & Suites. The Courtyard Riverfront is located in the same parking lot as the wedding venue! You will see more details under the travel tab on our website.

There is a parking lot at the venue as well as street parking available. If you have a room booked at the Courtyard Riverfront they ask that you park at the hotel and walk over to the ceremony. No need to worry as it is just a few steps away from Poplar Hall! Please do not park at the hotel lot if you haven’t reserved a room there.
