Hello! We are so grateful to share our love and our story with you all, and look forward to celebrating our marriage with you this August!

Sera and Caden first met during their junior year of high school in 2016, when Sera moved to Stillwater from Midwest City. I wish I could say they immediately fell in love or struck up a friendship... but it took about a year and half for them to actually start spending any time together. So we'll skip to when they do!

During the middle of their senior year of high school, Sera and Caden's friend groups starting spending more and more time together. After many movie nights and Sonic trips, a beautiful friendship was born. Sera was quickly smitten with Caden's perfect eyebrows and fun-loving personality. By the time Sera and Caden graduated from Stillwater High School in May 2018, they were inseparable, spending every day together.

When they started college at Oklahoma State University in the fall of 2018, Sera joined Kappa Delta Sorority and Caden joined Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Anyone they met knew quickly that you wouldn't often see one without the other.

In SigEp, Caden met and quickly befriended Joey Ciprari (Groomsman). At the same time, and unknown to Caden, Sera met Joey in Composition 1. It was too perfect! The trio started hanging out - the beginning of a very fun and sweet friendship. Joey could see very clearly and very quickly (and so could everyone else) that Sera and Caden were perfect for each other.

After a year of silently crushing on Caden, Sera took Joey's advise and told Caden she liked him. Caden very graciously rejected her. After a few days of awkwardness, they pretended like it never happened (thank god) and their friendship was back to normal!

But a few weeks later... Caden confessed to Sera that he, in fact, liked Sera, too (big shocker, right?). The two started dating in February of 2019 and the rest is history.

The past 6 years together have been filled with laughter above all else. Rooted in deep friendship, Sera and Caden are so thankful for the love they share, and thankful for the friends that helped push them together (thanks, Joey!).

We can't wait to see you all at our wedding, when we FINALLY get married! August 2nd can't come soon enough!
