It all started on what seemed like just another ordinary day. Cadence had recently moved to Dallas to attend Dallas Baptist University, while Jayce was beginning his sophomore year. As Cadence began settling in and getting involved on campus, she joined an intramural softball team (yes, you read that right!). By divine irony, Jayce happened to be on the very same team.One night, after Jayce saw just how naturally talented Cadence was on the field (of course), and her such knowledge on baseball, his eyes were set on her. That field became the place where their story began, the very beginning of forever.From that moment on, Jayce and Cadence were inseparable. Their days quickly filled with long car rides in the early stages (since Cadence made it clear there would be no “casual hangouts” without a title), countless date nights full of laughter, special events, adventures, and travels. Looking back, it was only the start of what the Lord was so beautifully designing for them.Just past a year and a half, on June 22, 2025, everything changed for the better. Jayce got down on one knee and asked Cadence to take his hand and become his wife. Of course, she said yes. From that day forward, they vowed to walk side by side through life together. We are truly blessed to have you here to celebrate our special day. A day where we will stand before God, vowing to honor Him first and one another second. Until May 28, 2026, we can hardly wait!

Our dress code is black tie attire!We’d love to see our friends and family in black tie attire with a light, soft, summery feel. Please avoid black or white!Ladies: long, formal dresses and gowns. All colors besides white or black are welcomed!Gentlemen: darks tuxes and suits (bow ties encouraged!)

Dress Code

What time should guest arrive? 

Guest should arrive at 3:30pm, the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive and find your seat, we're so happy to have you!

Is parking or transportation provided? 

There will be complimentary parking at the venue upon arrival but valet is encouraged. Find your best ride and join us for a sweet night! If you decide to rent a car for the time there, parking will be available in the back.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited seating and having a smaller party, we're only able to accommodate to the guest receiving the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony inside or outside? 

The ceremony will be held outside, in the sunny California. In May, it is nothing like Texas! It will be beautiful and cool enough to be in a long dress and tuxedos! The reception and Ceremony are held at the same place.
