Welcome Party Details
Join us for the Welcome Party on Friday night at 7:30 PM at Hudson Valley Brewery, 7 E Main St, Beacon, NY. Everyone is invited to kick off the celebrations with us! There will be food and drinks provided. Come as you are! No dress code required.
Please note that transportation will not be provided; however, on-site parking is available, and rideshares like Uber can be arranged!
Will there be a hotel block?
Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab for links to our room blocks. You can reserve a room for both Friday and Saturday night.
Will there be transportation from the preferred hotels to the venue?
Yes there will be shuttles from the Comfort Suites and Quality Inn to the Roundhouse - stay tuned!
Will transportation be provided from the venue to the preferred hotels after the wedding?
Yes - stay tuned!
If I do not stay at the preferred hotel, will I be provided transportation?
No, however everything in the Beacon and Fishkill area is 5-20 minutes to The Roundhouse and Uber's will take you to and from!
What is the wedding dress code?
Cocktail attire
Will the ceremony be outside?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors.
Is there on site parking at the venue?
Yes, there is on site parking.
Will there be an after party?
Yes, the after party will be held at the Roundhouse Restaurant immediately following the reception.
