Yes! A complimentary shuttle will run between The Cobblestone Inn and The Hidden Acre to make your day smooth and stress-free. To the Ceremony: Departs the hotel at 3:15 PM Return Shuttles: Begin at 8:30 PM and run until 11:15 PM Final Shuttle: Leaves shortly after 11:00 PM, stopping first at the hotel, then continuing to downtown Cedar Falls for guests staying or living there. ***If you leave your vehicle at The Hidden Acre, please pick it up by 11:00 AM the next day to avoid being towed, per their policy***

We kindly request formal attire for our special day. Please avoid jeans, hats or casual attire.

Due to venue capacity limits, we can only accommodate guests listed on your formal invitation and RSVP tool. Plus-ones are only permitted if explicitly included in your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

We politely ask that phones be silenced and put away for the ceremony, so our photographer and videographer can work without distractions. However, we plan to have a quick photo prompt at the beginning of the ceremony for anyone who would like to take one!

We love your children, however, our wedding will be an adults-only event, except for children in the ceremony or bridal party. While we’d love to include everyone, our venue space is very limited. We hope this advance notice helps parents plan and enjoy a night off with us.

We’ll be serving a buffet dinner featuring: Swiss Chicken, Norwegian Meatballs with savory brown gravy, Whipped Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans with toasted almonds, and a fresh Strawberry and Mixed Greens Salad.
