David and Caili met at Liberty University during Caili's senior year and David's Junior year. We wish we could say it was love at first sight, but that would be a lie... well... maybe not for David. David would have to ask Caili out two separate times before she said yes, but eventually, he wore her down.

They went on their first official date in February of 2024 and by this point, Caili was thanking the Lord that she decided to give David a chance. They began to date for a few months before Caili moved to Memphis, TN after graduating in May. Since they have been doing long distance for the past nine months, their relationship and love has only grown stronger and they are SO excited to get married and never have to say goodbye again!
