We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies, please no white, ivory, or champagne tones.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will promptly start at 5pm. We suggest you arrive no later than 4:45pm so you can park, find a seat, and settle in before we say "I DO"!
Is there parking available?
The Evergreen Springs venue does have a small parking lot. We highly encourage ride-sharing or carpooling.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for everyone, unless specifically indicated on your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close family and friends. We hope you understand!
Can I bring my children?
Although we adore children, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family or wedding party at our ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all cell phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing professional photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request!
During the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We highly encourage it!
Is there an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly and get home safely!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 29th, 2024.
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guests counts to the venue in a timely manner. We hope you understand!
I have a question not answered here, how do I contact you?
