Our Wedding

Setting: Boston, MA. Time: Fall, 2021. We had both moved into the city for graduate school. Tom was studying Public History, and Cailin was studying Speech-Language Pathology. Neither of us would have guessed this would turn out to be a life-changing decision in more than one way! Our first date was as "Boston" as it gets- we got to know each other over drinks at a local Irish pub. Cailin initially lost brownie points when it was revealed she had never seen Star Wars (this has since been remedied), but made up for it with her music taste. It could have all been over when Tom stated Bennie and Jets was not Elton John's best song. He stands firm in his stance to this day... we're working on it. We quickly realized we could talk about anything under the sun and never grow tired of one another. We've spent every day since November 5, 2021 sharing our love for music, attending Boston sporting events, trying new restaurants, traveling, spending time outdoors, and most importantly, loving each other. We cannot wait to begin this next chapter of our lives together, and are so happy you are here to celebrate with us!

Wedding Party

Round-trip transportation will be provided between the hotels and venue the evening of the wedding. Buses will pick up guests at each hotel at 3:20 PM sharp. Upon the conclusion of the reception at 10:30 PM, guests will have the option of taking a bus back to their hotel. If you choose to join us for the after party, one final trip will be made back to the hotels at 11:30 PM.

This historic hotel is situated directly in downtown Northampton, within walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants. The room block is available Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27. There is free parking at the hotel. Guests are required to call the hotel directly at 413-584-3100.&nbsp;Ask for the Murphy &amp; LaRose Wedding Block!

This recently updated hotel is situated ~1 mi from downtown/The Hotel Northampton! The room block is available Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27. There is free parking at the hotel. Guests are required to call the hotel directly at 413-587-9800.&nbsp;Ask for the Murphy &amp; LaRose Wedding Block, or provide the agent with our block code (MURS). Please note this code will not work online.
