There is an 8% reservation fee and 11.5% accommodation tax added to all reservations.

There is limited availability for two night stays and a cleaning fee is added to the reservation.

To receive discounts, please have guests contact me directly with the group number and identify themselves as a wedding guest. The group number will help me keep track of all wedding reservations.

We require a $250.00 deposit for all villas and 25% deposits to reserve the private homes. Villas require cancellation or balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Private homes require cancellation or balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be given if canceled within 72 hours of booking, after that a $50.00 cancelation fee will be applied. We do offer optional travel insurance, which may assist you if you have to cancel once the cancelation deadline has passed. All this information will be sent to you when you reserve your accommodations.
