Reservation Rules:
Check-In: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. NO early arrivals. Check-Out: All rooms MUST be vacated, with all property and personal items removed, by 12:00pm on the departure day. No late check outs.
-Once the reservations are made, they can be modified/cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival by 6:00pm
-If a reservation is not modified/cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in a cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
-Any no-shows will be charged the contracted rate plus 14% tax per room per night.
-The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made through the toll-free number or online.
-All individual credit cards on file inside the group will be authorized 48 hours prior to arrival at 6:00 pm
-Guaranteed check-in is 3:00 pm and guaranteed check-out is 12:00 pm (Noon)
-In the event your stay with us has been shortened due to unforeseen circumstances, please advise the front desk and exit the room by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
-If you have not checked out of the room by 12:00 pm the credit card on file will be charged for an additional 1 night rate.
-If you need to check out before your original departure date, you may do so as long as you have informed the Front Desk AND all of your property and personal items are removed from the room by 12:00pm on that day. There is no penalty for an early check out if these requirements are adhered to.
-Defacing of the rooms or any area of the hotel will not be tolerated and will result in a charge for any and all damage.
-Inappropriate behavior will also not be tolerated. No refunds, no exceptions.
-Any changes made to this contract or reservation are subject to approval by Holiday Inn Rockford.
-Any travel agent commissions agreed upon are paid through IHG Electronic Commission Services, not the hotel directly. Commissions are processed within 90 days of receipt by IHG ECS.
-Any reservation made under a group block does NOT qualify for the IHG Kids Eat Free Program. Free breakfast is not available for anyone who has made a reservation under a group block.
