Please refer to the travel section on our website for our hotel block. Due to the amount of friends and family located in Cincinnati and the NYE holiday, we only secured one hotel block with plenty of rooms for all our guests! We have the option to add more rooms to this block and we'll monitor the booking count as we get closer!

Yes. There will be a shuttle picking up guests at the Courtyard Marriott prior to the wedding to take guests to the wedding venue. The shuttle will also provide rides back later in the evening during reception and at the conclusion of the reception. Uber or Lyft are also options to/from the venue. The venue is roughly 5-10 minutes from our hotel and 5-10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

Yes! If you prefer to drive to the venue there is plenty of parking and The Palomar offers a complimentary valet service. Please be careful getting home!

We'll be hosting our rehearsal dinner at The Cintas Center on Sunday, December 29th for our bridal party and close family. While we would love to include everyone for this dinner, space is limited. We do have access the Cintas Center following our dinner, and if you are in town and available we'd love to have you join us for a drink! Our rehearsal "party" will be open to anyone who'd like to join starting at 8pm.
