The Welcome Party at Wooden Robot on Friday evening for out of town guests is walking distance from the hotel. For the renewal of vows/reception on Saturday, two shuttles will transport guests from the Holiday Inn Express to the venue beginning at 4:30pm and will return to the hotel following the reception.

While we LOVE your children and wish we could accommodate all the little ones, only the children of immediate family will attend.

The hotel is 6.6 miles (approximately 15 minute ride) from Charlotte Douglas airport. Rideshares are easily found and generally readily available at the airport.

Overnight parking at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites is $20/night.
