Is the Reception The same location as the Ceremony?
Yes the reception is at the same location as the Ceremony, so no need to drive somewhere else right after!
What is the dress code? What should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is Casual/Semi-Formal. What ever you feel most comfortable wearing. No requirement for black-tie
What weather should I expect?
Of course, we can’t guarantee anything. Since the wedding is in fall there is a chance of slightly chilly weather or rain.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony will be held outdoors in-less it is raining, then the ceremony will be moved indoors. Reception/Dinner is held indoors.
What should I expect after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures. Guests can enjoy the cocktail hour outside before the reception, where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6:30
Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?
We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same area. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.
Are there other wedding events I can attend?
At this time there are no other events for our wedding outside of the ceremony and reception.
How do I RSVP?
We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for your special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to click here (link) and let us know your plans right here on our website.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?
Since we have huge extended families and there will be an open bar, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to 18+ and we hope you understand.
Can I bring my partner?
We are allowing +1 to all non-married guest. You're invite should indicate if you are allowed a +1 or not.
I can’t attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?
Unfortunately we will not be streaming our wedding ceremony, but will post as many photos of the event once available for those who can not make it.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Since the wedding is local to most of the families, we have not reserved any hotel arrangements, but there are plenty options within 25 miles of the venue for extended family.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both the Ceremony and reception has wheelchair access.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert. There will be an open bar for both events.
I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs, and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #CyrLachance2025 so we can see them, too!”
