Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We are planning the ceremony to be on the front lawn of The Blairmont followed by an indoor/outdoor reception, weather permitting.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We are requesting our guests dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. We want everyone to look and feel their best! We recommend men to wear dress shirt, dress pants, jacket, and optional tie. Women are recommended to wear dresses or jumpsuits.
When should I RSVP by?
July 17th is the final day to RSVP. If you fail to RSVP before this day, you will not be included in the final count. There are no exceptions.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We want to keep this day intimate so no additional plus ones will be granted unless already specified on your envelope.
Are my children invited?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions and an uncovered pool at the reception venue, we cannot accommodate guests under 15 on our wedding day. We appreciate you understanding.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We will be serving hors d'oeurves at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of Chicken Florentine or Filet as selected on the invitation.
Will there be an open bar?
An open bar will be provided after dinner. We ask everyone to know their limits and drink responsibly. Our wedding day will not be treated as a frat party. Bartenders have the right to cut you off. Ubers and Lyfts are available in our area.
Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?
Links are included in the "Registry" section of our page. They can also be found by searching our names on Amazon Registry and Target Registry.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our big day is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to the bride's parent's home at 730 Fairfield Drive, Duncansville PA 16635. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
When should I arrive at the ceremony?
We ask all of our guests to arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand in order to be in their seats 15 minutes before the ceremony starts.
Am I allowed to take photos of your wedding?
Pictures are encouraged before and after the ceremony, but not during. We ask that all cellphones and cameras be put away so we can all be present for such a special moment. Professional pictures and video will be available at a later date to be shared.
