For Transportation to and from our Wedding:

* We have Shuttles arranged to take guests to and from our Wedding. See Pick-Up & Drop-Off Location + Shuttle times below.

* Parking is available at our Venue if driving but we encourage using the Shuttle!

*If you drive, the Venue will open to guests no earlier than 3:15pm.

* Uber/Lyft is available in Culpeper VA but unreliable.

* Jackson Taxi Service is also local to Culpeper VA and their # is 540-727-7698.

Shuttle Departure: (Getting to our Wedding)

Shuttles will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express to bring you to Rixey Manor

1. Pick Up Location at the Hampton Inn Culpeper

18411 Gates Rd. Culpeper VA 22701

Shuttle pick up at the Hampton Inn is at 3:15 PM. The last shuttle will depart the Hampton Inn at 3:25 PM.

2. Pick Up Location at the Holiday Inn Express Culpeper

787 Madison Rd. Culpeper, VA 22701 (Parking Lot)

Shuttle pick up at the Holiday Inn Express is 3:15 PM. The last shuttle will depart the Holiday Inn Express Parking Lot at 3:30 PM.

*FYI: the Wyndham Microtel in Culpeper shares a parking lot with the Holiday Inn Express.

Uber/Lyft to and from our Wedding Venue is unreliable. If you miss the last shuttle, the venue is 25 minutes from the hotel locations, please allow for appropriate travel time, as the venue will hold vehicles from entering the property once the ceremony begins.***

Shuttle Return: (Leaving our Wedding)

Shuttles services will be available from the Manor back to the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn, with the last shuttle leaving at 10:15 PM

Earlier return shuttle services will be available starting at 8 PM for any guests who need to return to Hotel Locations early (before our reception ends) at 10 PM.

Reminder: Uber/Lyft is not available from the venue back to the hotels, please plan accordingly.

Wedding Day-Of Details:

The weather looks like it will be beautiful for our Wedding Day. Our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Dinner will be held outside and Dancing will be inside.

There is a limited amount of grass to navigate at the Ceremony Site only (but it's still very manageable to navigate in heels for our short Ceremony). All other areas for cocktails and dinner are hard-surfaced and easy to walk around in wearing heels.
