What time should we arrive to the event?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive prior to 4pm, to allow time to park and be seated.
What is the dress code?
Semi Formal- Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, collared shirts. No denim allowed.
Will the ceremony, cocktail and reception take place inside or outside?
The ceremony and cocktail reception will be outside, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will take place inside.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transporation be provided?
There will be a shuttle from The Grand Hotel-Bridgeport and The Sentinel Hotel-Downtown Portland to the Oregon Golf Club. Please email: Thecjmcroberts@gmail.com if you plan to use the shuttle services. The Grand Hotel has ample parking available to leave your car for the evening. Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes! Once you arrive, please park in the left side parking lot. If you choose alternate transportaion at the end of the event, you are able to pick up your car the next day during Oregon Golf Club's business hours (6am-8pm).
