Our Wedding

Caitlin and Danielle met in late 2020. They quickly became friends and soon became one of each other's best friends for almost a whole year. They leaned on each other for support and stayed up until 2 AM on the phone getting to know each other and sharing things they hadn't shared with people before. Soon the Facetimes and phone calls turned into date nights and the two have been inseparable ever since. They got engaged in 2023. Since then, Caitlin and Danielle love planning trips and vacations together and planning their future together. The two have big hopes and dreams and this shared goal brings them closer. They are excited to get married this year and, in a few years, start a family.

The Story Behind Their Engagement: A long time ago Caitlin learned of a bridge in Italy called the Bridge of Sighs. Located in Venice, this bridge carries a legend that if two lovers are riding a gondola under the bridge and kiss at sunset they will have eternal and everlasting love. Caitlin knew one day this is where she wanted to propose to her future person. However, instead of going to Venice, there was a copy of the Bridge of Sighs constructed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Caitlin and Danielle got engaged at this bridge in Pittsburgh and have plans to one day go see the real one in Venice
