Yes. There will be a coach bus that picks our guests up at the hotel and will drop them off when the party ends. The bus will leave the Holiday Inn at 5:15 PM for a 5:30 PM cocktail hour start. The bus will leave RGNY at 11:30 PM to go back to the hotel.

Yes, there will be parking at RGNY. Guests can leave their car over night, but it must be picked up the next day at 10 AM.

Yes. There is a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Long Island- East End in Riverhead. We have hotel blocks for both Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th.
