In this page you will find all the important information regarding the day of the wedding, including the timeline, bus schedule, and more.

Shuttles will be provided from both Park City Peaks and Park City Hotel, Autograph Collection.

Guests staying at Park City Hotel, Autograph Collection should be ready and in front of the lobby outside promptly at 3PM for a pick up. The bus will then leave for a stop at Park City Peaks Hotel.

Guests staying at Park City Peaks should be ready and in front of the lobby outside at 3PM for a pick up. There will be another bus stopping at Park City Peaks by 3:10-3:15PM (coming from Park City Hotel) for another pick up.

Guests are expected to arrive to La Caille by 4PM and greeted with some beverages.

Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30PM in the gardens of La Caille by the vineyard.

Cocktail Hour is from 5PM - 6:30PM by the pond.

Reception (including dancing) will be from 7PM - 10PM at the greenhouse.

** There will be a bus in front of the restaurant at 10PM for those wishing to return to the hotels after reception **

The afterparty is held in the restaurant (by the greenhouse) from 10 PM - Midnight.

Sendoff is at midnight and 2 buses will be ready to transfer our guests back to the hotels.
