The North Shore is our favorite part of the island and where most of the events will be held! We’ll be staying in Princeville, which has plenty of great Airbnb rentals (the best deals if you book early), as well as a few hotels that will be linked under "Travel." Staying in this area will be by far the most convenient for events, shared rides, meetups, and more. If another area suits you better, the whole island is stunning, so you can’t go wrong staying in the Kapa‘a or Poipu areas either. Just keep in mind—Kauai traffic runs on island time, with lots of one-way bridges and narrow roads!

The sooner the better! In Hawaii they're asking for a final head count around 6 months in advance. We ask to give your official RSVP by Feb 20th 2026.

We highly recommend renting a car. Kauai is one of the most beautiful places in the world with so much to see. If anyone needs a ride to or from the airport or while on island, let us know!
