Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids is about 30 minutes from Iowa City. The Des Moines International Airport is about 2 hours from Iowa City.

We have reserved a room block at Hilton Garden Inn in Iowa City and they will have free shuttle service to the venue, arriving around 3:10pm, and then also returning from the venue at 9:30pm (if you wish to arrive or depart at a different time, Uber/Lyft services can be used). We also recommend The Graduate (by Hilton) in Iowa City because it looks neat!

There is ample free parking at the venue. If needed, you can also leave your car there overnight and pick it up before noon the next day!

The buildings are on the same property, connected by sidewalk.
