Stray dogs are a big problem on the island. To help reduce the number of stray dogs breeding, the Potcake Place is a K9 rescue that takes the stray puppies off the streets and puts them up for adoption. Tourists can also "rent" one of their adorable puppies for a few hours or a day to walk on the beaches and hang out for some family fun time. The K9 rescue uses its resources, donations, and money from the puppy rentals to neuter and take care of the street dog populations on the islands.
