Though we would love to celebrate with all our family and friends at all of the wedding events, it is important to us to keep the celebration small and intimate. Invitations will specify which wedding event guests are invited to and will include details such as time and location.

Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2024.

Formal is requested, Black-Tie is optional

We have not reserved any room blocks. However, we do recommend these hotels for your stay! DoubleTree by Hilton, Warren Place (61st and Yale), The Ambassador Hotel (downtown Tulsa), and The Mayo Hotel (downtown Tulsa).

Transportation will be provided for guests attending the dinner reception at Villa Ravenna to downtown Tulsa. If you plan to use the provided transportation, we encourage guests to not leave their vehicle overnight in the Farm Shopping Center parking lot. We recommend using ride-share services, such as Uber, to arrive at Villa Ravenna. Should you decide to opt out of the provided transportation, please drive responsibly.

If you are attending the dinner reception at Villa Ravenna, please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Due to the capacity of our venues, and one of the establishments being 21 and over, we kindly ask the wedding celebrations to remain an adult only affair. For our ceremony and dinner reception, we have reserved a specific number of seats for our guests. Please refer to the RSVP in your invitation to see if we have accommodated your adult teen(s). We appreciate your understanding and hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy the evening with us!
