The shuttle will pick up guests of the Maryland Inn at 16 Church Circle at 4:00 and guests of Springhill Suites in front of the hotel at 4:15. You will arrive at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation by 4:45 for the ceremony, which begins at 5:00. The shuttle will be available to take guests back to their hotels at 8:30 and again at 10:00.
What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by March 20th.
What should I wear?
Our dress code is cocktail attire. Please remember that the ceremony is on a beach.
How do I get to the venue?
We will have a shuttle that will transport guests from the hotels to the venue. There will also be a shuttle at the end of the night back to the hotel. There is also parking available on-site if you wish to drive yourself.
What if it rains?
In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held on the tented deck.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we love your little ones, our wish is for an adult-only celebration. We hope that you will enjoy this opportunity to relax and have a good time!
Will there be special dietary options?
There will be gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
Can I leave my car at the venue?
You will be able to leave your car at the end of the night and return the next day to pick it up.
