We kindly request that you stay at the resort where our wedding will take place. You must RSVP with a room reservation before and no later than February 1, 2025. Step by step on how to reserve your room at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos:
1. Download the Reservation Request Form:

2. From the Reservation Request Form, use the hyperlink at the top of the form to provide your credit card number.
3. Once cc information is submitted, you will receive a 'token' or code.
4. Copy code and paste into the "Token Number" line on the Reservation Request Form.
5. Fill out remainder of the form
6. Save a copy for yourself, then email the completed form to: resfalc1@posadas.com

-Only three adults or 2 adults + 2 children are allowed per room
-Our group rate applies three days before and three days after the wedding date: May 24, 2025

Posadas is a company that has a personal data protection certification, which we are updating according to the standards requested. With this certification we ensure that our customers' information is not compromised, and we avoid the misuse of their information.
The link to tokenize the card, is a link that is used in all the Posada's hotels, as well as in all booking media. If you choose to make a reservation through our reservation center or any of our websites, the same link will appear.
Within this link you will enter your credit card number, and what the system does is encrypt the information so that we, the company's reservation staff, do not have direct access to sensitive customer information. We do not ask for a card security code for the same reason. In the event that customers wish to call to make a reservation through our call center, they will be prompted to enter a security process for their card information. Through our reservation area, it is not possible to receive card information through a phone call, that is why we offer the booking form option. In case you would like to make a reservation through our 2 websites, the same link will open the same link as the company's website.
Your card token information is required to block your room and guarantee your room. We do not charge the card provided, and the guest will make the payment once they check in.
