PARKING
The Hilton Embassy Suites have 3 city lots around the hotel. Photo attached, and circled in yellow the lots that are available for guests.
The city does charge for parking Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
Any guests arriving after 4pm on Friday will not have to pay for parking during their stay with us.
HOTEL AMENITIES
We have our 24-hour fitness center on the 5th floor of the hotel. We have an evening reception every night from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm held in our lower-level restaurant. This where all guests that are staying with us will be able to get 2 free drinks (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) plus some snacks!
We do have indoor pool open:
8am – 10pm Tuesday – Sunday with adult swim from 9pm-10pm.
Golf & Sports Simulator (lower-level) available for rent $40/hr plus tax. Game room (lower-level) open 8am – 10pm.

Hotel check in time is at 4pm (early check in can be requested but not guaranteed).
Check out is 11am.
Complimentary breakfast served Monday – Friday 6am – 9am & Saturday – Sunday 7:30am – 10:30am.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront
We have reserved a hotel block at the Embassy Suites in Rockford. We have the block for two nights to accommodate any of our guests coming from out of town.
If you only wish to book a hotel for the night of the wedding, Saturday, February 14, make sure to pay close attention to your stay dates.
