Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors beside the Founder's Lounge at Fox Harb'r Resort.

Rain plan will have us inside the Joyce Centre on the Resort.

The Reception will be held rain or shine inside the Nova Scotia Ballroom inside the Joyce Centre.

Please RSVP by April 30th 2024. If you have not responded by this date, we will mark you as declining your invitation and we will miss you!

If you are requiring accommodations please make sure to call the resort and book your room by May 24, 2024 at the absolute latest. There are limited spaces available and are first come first serve.

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before in order to be seated.

A shuttle service will run from outside the SPA to the ceremony location. A shuttle will also take guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour/reception.

We are asking guests to please not take photos during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer and videographer for our day who will capture all the details.

After the ceremony, everyone is more than welcome to, and encouraged to, take as many photos as their heart desires!

We have a number of rooms blocked off on the resort, meaning that you will receive the preferential rate if you book a room that is at Fox Harb'r. Please see the travel and accommodations tab for more information.

That being said, if you would like to stay off the resort there are numerous places in the area! There is absolutely no requirement that you have to stay on the resort.

Formal or black tie optional

Guests are encouraged to wear black tie or formal attire.

For men this would be suits with dress shirts and a tie or bowtie.

For women this would be a floor length maxi dresses, a midi dress, or a pant-suit.

Please do not choose light colours or white/ivory for attire.

Black coloured attire is preferred.

For Korean guests, please put your FULL name in the FIRST NAME section. Example: 맹정주 would be placed in the First Name block. Leave the Last Name block empty.

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those names on the wedding invitation are present for the day.

We kindly ask for no children to be in attendance. While we cherish the presence of children in our lives, we believe that this special occasion is an opportunity for parents to have a night off, unwind, and fully enjoy the festivities. We appreciate your understanding and support in making our wedding day an occasion where all of our guests can revel in the moment.

The wedding will be open bar.

While your presence at our wedding is the most cherished gift of all, if you desire to offer a gift, we would greatly appreciate money for our Honeymoon. Your generosity would mean the world to us and enhance our celebration.
