Guests are welcome to bring a +1, but we ask that you let us know and ensure that both you and the +1 RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. Hotel Block

Thursday February 5th & Friday February 6th

Omni Charlotte Hotel$209 / nightBook by January 1st, 2026(704) 377-0400132 E Trade St, Charlotte, NC 28202 The Omni is connected to our wedding venue, Founders Hall. A hotel block has been reserved at the Omni Charlotte Hotel for Thursday February 5th and Friday February 6th. There is a group rate of $209 per night (+tax, fees, etc.). When booking, ensure you book as part of the Evans-Richardson Wedding. Rooms must be booked by January 1, 2026. There is a fee to park, no matter where you park in uptown Charlotte. The Omni's parking deck is typically $48 per night. The entrance to the Hotel and it's parking deck are on Trade St near the west corner of Trade St and N College St intersection. The Omni is part of the Bank of America Retail Plaza, and is connected to the wedding venue, which means it's a short indoor walk from your room to where the ceremony and reception will be held. In addition, there are restaurants, coffee options, and a Walgreens in the same indoor space. To get from The Omni to Founders Hall head down the escalator or elevator from the hotel's lobby. When facing Starbucks head right towards the stairs. Doors leading to a courtyard will be on your left. Head past them, up the stairs, and over the skywalk. Follow the corridor until you reach Founders Hall.

Rideshare & Dropoff

If you're being dropped off at the venue by a rideshare or other means, access the venue using entrance on the corner of the E Trade St and N College St intersection. "Founders Hall" is displayed above the entrance. The entrance is at the north corner of the intersection beside Cicchetti, and leads directly to escalators that will take you up to the venue.

Parking

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Founders Hall on Friday February 6th.Day of complimentary parking is in the Bank of America Parking Garage: 100 N College St, Charlotte, NC 28202 N College St is one way, and the garage is on the right between BLT Steak and Rooster's Woodfired Kitchen. The entrance to the venue is on the 6th floor of the parking deck. Continue past the elevators, through the Bank of America Corporate Center, and across the Skywalk to reach Founders Hall. Parking Validation will be offered during the reception. This DOES NOT cover overnight parking.

Accommodations, Parking, & Travel

We require that guests wear All BLACK.

Black Tie Optional

We hope this is a simple request that can easily be accommodated.

What do we mean by "All Black"

Every garment worn should be black: shirt, dress, pants, shoes, etc. Accent colors and patterns are fine as long as they are subtle. Our guidance is, if you have to ask, "is this black" don't wear it. Below are some examples of what we think Are and Are Not All Black.
