The ceremony and reception will both be taking place on Ile Notre-Dame at Pavilion de la Jamaique. The ceremony will take place in the Italian Garden (outdoors, weather permitting) with a cocktail hour and seated dinner to follow on the patio and inside the Pavilion.
DRIVING
Parking spaces are limited. Please contact the bride or groom if you are interested in requesting a parking pass for the event.
Guests with parking passes are invited to park in the P5 parking lot, located next to Pavilion du Canada. An attendant will be there to assist if needed. It is recommended that you enter: "Pavilion du Canada" or "1, circuit Gilles-Villeneuve" into your GPS for proper directions. There is also signage on the island to direct visitors.
If driving to the venue, you will be driving down the Formula 1 race track. Don't worry, you're in the right place!
Once parked in P5, it is a short walk to where the ceremony and reception will be taking place. Please refer to the map below for details. Venue staff and signage will be present to guide you. For those with mobility concerns, cars may pull up directly to Pavilion de la Jamaique to drop off passengers, however vehicles must return to the P5 lot to park.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION/TAXIS
The closest metro station is Jean-Drapeau, located on the Yellow Line. It is approximately a 16-minute walk from the metro station to the venue. Please note that the last metro departing the island is at 1:30 am.
Taxis and Ubers can drop you off at the venue. If you wish to taxi or Uber home, it is recommended that you take a short 5-minute walk to the Montreal Casino, where there is a 24/7 taxi line-up. It is also more simple to direct an Uber to this location for pick up.
Guests are invited to arrive and be seated by 4:30pm. There ceremony will begin at 5:00pm and be followed by a cocktail hour and dinner/reception until 1:30am.
We invite our guests to be fully present with us during the ceremony and to therefore refrain from using any phones, tablets, or cameras during this time. Our photographer will be working hard to capture the moment so that you can enjoy every aspect of the wedding.
Due to space constraints, we ask that only those named on the invitation attend the wedding.
Due to the ponds and rivers surrounding the venue, it is with an abundance of caution that we have decided to have an adult-only wedding. We hope this will encourage everyone to fully relax and enjoy the evening.
The dress code is formal. Military dress is welcome for service members.
We are not having a traditional registry. Should you desire to leave a gift, there will be a box for envelopes on a table in the reception space.
