We are excited to celebrate our special day with our closest friends and family. To keep our wedding intimate, we are unable to accommodate any plus ones. The names of every guest invited is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we are only able to invite children of close family to our wedding. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

The most important thing to us is having you with us to celebrate our day. Though should you wish to give a gift a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

There is no strict dress code. We suggest cocktail/semi-formal attire. Think dressy but comfortable. Something you can dance the night away in! Please note that our ceremony, and part of the reception, will be outdoors so we recommend women wear flats, block heels or wedges to prevent heels from sticking in the ground. We also ask that white outfits are not worn, including floral dresses that are mostly white.

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Crown Lodge, Coldharbour Ln, Wye, TN25 5HE.

The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be indoors/outdoors.

There is a free onsite car park where vehicles can be left overnight. They will need to be collected by 11am the next day.

The best way to get to the venue is by car. There is a train station in Wye which is a 5 minute drive from the venue. Alternatively, there are taxi services that you can book. There are some local recommendations for taxis under the 'travel' page on this website.

Please arrive for 12:30pm.
