We're getting married!! The ceremony is going to take place in Chester. This is where we first met, way back in 2015.

On the night in question I couldn’t resist David’s brilliant dance moves, so we exchanged numbers - only for my phone to break and David not to hear from me for over a month after whilst it was being repaired!

David thought it was over before it had even began, until after a long month of waiting I finally texted him back.

David was keen, so we took our chances and planned our first date in Blue Planet Aquarium on the 04.08.2015, we became a couple not long after that.

I had just started university alongside working part time on weekends, and David was working full time at BAE Systems. The weeks were long as we only got to spend time together on the weekends around my work/university schedule, and to throw into that crazy mix, we also lived two and a half hours away from each other - but we made it work.

A lot of people had doubts about the long distance relationship to begin with, and also had fears it wouldn’t last due to distance, but … it looks like we made it.

Anyone and everyone who knows us, knows that we love our random days out, and you will find us at our happiest when we are in a theme park (big kids at heart).

After spending every weekend travelling back and too, to one another’s homes, we fast forward to 2020 when we were hit with the COVID pandemic! During this time we made the decision to isolate together, so I packed up my bags thinking i'd stay with David for a few weeks - them weeks turned into months! It was at this point we decided to set up home together and I moved over 100 miles away, to move in with David, and things couldn’t be any better.

We set up our little life together, and things are going great. We bought a caravan for more of our little adventures and then fast forward to 04.04.2022, David finally proposed on our dream holiday in Disney World, Florida - and just over 12 months later, here we are planning our big day with our nearest and dearest!
