Our Wedding

Brian and Caitlin’s story began on June 21, 2020—exactly six years before their wedding day. That night, neither of them expected anything special. Brian was simply dropping off his sister at a party, intending to stay for just one drink, while Caitlin expected just another ordinary night out with her friends. But the moment their eyes met, everything changed. Brian couldn’t walk away—something about Caitlin made him stay. Drawn to each other, they spent the entire night talking, completely lost in their own world. As the night came to an end, neither wanted to say goodbye, yet both hesitated to ask for each other’s number, afraid of ruining their amazing conversation.&nbsp; For days, they couldn’t shake the feeling that they had just met someone special. Unable to ignore it, Brian found Caitlin on social media and took a chance—he asked her out. From that first date on, they were inseparable. Looking back, they both know the truth: it was love at first sight, the start of a beautiful forever.

Airports: 

1. Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) MXP is the best option, it is a major international airport and roughly 38miles (1 hour by car) to Villa Porta. (TOP TIP: If hiring a car, check which terminal your flight arrives/departs from and ensure your car rental is located at the same terminal) 2. Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) BGY is another good option with flights from lots of low-cost airlines - roughly 80miles (2 hours by car). 3. Milan Linate Airport (LIN) LIN is a smaller airport located closest to Milan city centre and offers flights primarily within Europe only - roughly 60miles (1 hour 30 by car).

All of our guests will be staying together at Hotel Internazionale Luino, just a 6-minute drive from Villa Porta, our wedding venue. We have arranged and covered your stay for the nights of Saturday, June 20, 2026, and Sunday, June 21, 2026. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly. Your room is already reserved under your name, and you may pay for any additional nights upon arrival. The hotel offers free parking for guests, and we will also be providing a shuttle service on the wedding day to and from Villa Porta.
