How do I book a room at the resort?
Under the "Travel" Section of our wedding website, you will see the link to book and all the information regarding the resort.
How do we get to Paradisus from the airport?
Private shuttle transportation is included for all guests who have booked within our room block.
How do I set up airport transportation for the wedding?
Our travel agent will be reaching out to you 90 days prior to your travel date to assist with arranging airport transportation.
If you'd prefer to take care of it sooner, feel free to send your flight information directly to info@vibethrivetravel.com once your flights are booked.
When is the RSVP date, and when is the final payment for the room due?
Please RSVP by March 15th, so we can finalize the details for our special day!
Additionally, the final payment for the room is due by April 1st. We appreciate your promptness in helping us make all the necessary arrangements. Thank you!
How do we get to the wedding venue?
We are pleased to provide private transportation to and from the venue for all our guests staying at Paradisus Resort.
Travel times are to be determined with the transportation company.
What should I wear to the welcome drinks on Thursday night?
We’d love for you to join us in style! For the welcome drinks, we’re requesting a white summer outfit. Whether it's a dress, shirt, or shorts/pants, feel free to keep it light and fun as we kick off the celebration!
What should I wear to the catamaran cruise on Friday morning?
For the catamaran cruise, please wear your beach attire—don’t forget your bathing suit! We also recommend taking a towel from the resort, sunscreen, and motion sickness medicine just in case. Get ready for a fun and relaxing time on the water!
Is there a dress code for the wedding day?
We'd love for our family and friends to dress up with us as we celebrate our special day! We’re requesting formal attire for our wedding.
Ladies: We recommend a floor-length dress, fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.
Men: We suggest wearing a suit or a shirt and tie.
Please, no jeans or flip-flops.

How will I receive important event updates leading up to the wedding?
We’ve set up a texting service to keep you updated on all the important event details leading up to our big day!
You’ll receive timely texts with everything you need, from schedules to last-minute changes.
We recommend saving and renaming the text to "Cait & Matt's Wedding" for easy access.
You can also respond to us directly through the text if you have any questions!
