We are excited to celebrate with those closest to us and ask that only individuals specifically designated on your invitation attend the wedding ceremony and reception.

Although we love to watch the children laugh and play, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day! Please make arrangements for your children ahead of time so all of our guests can enjoy a fun and relaxing evening.

Semi-formal attire is requested. For the men, think suits or a nice blazer. Cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses or a pantsuit would be perfect for the ladies. Most importantly, don’t forget to wear your boogie shoes!

We have provided a room block for our guests at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Shreveport, only half a mile from the venue. You can book by using the link in the “Travel” section of our website.

We ask that all guests arrive twenty to thirty minutes prior to the start of the ceremony in order for everyone to be seated before the procession begins.

Ample parking is available in lots adjacent to the venue. In addition, street parking is also available at no charge on weekends. Avoid parking in the parking garage as it is reserved and any vehicles left there after the event cannot be accessed until Monday morning when the venue reopens.

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors at 601 Spring Event Venue.
